Clamped Arteries

Description:

Clamped Arteries are caused by using a Tourniquet on an extremity (except the head) with an Arterial bleeding. It is removed upon completing an Open close surgery on the affected limb.

Caused By:

• Tourniquet

Effects:

• Prevents Arterial bleeding from causing Blood loss
• Causes Gangrene after a period of time

Treatments:

• Open close surgery
