Cannot heal on a Surgery Table

Due to a basegame issue right now, any item that characters can be ‘put into’ will break the Health UI for that character. Since the Surgery table allows people to be put into it to benefit from the upgrades it can get, this issue will arise. Simply perform medical actions outside of the bed instead.
