    4. Thou shalt not do surgery without a Surgery table Surgery table or Propofol Propofol , lest thine patient suffer.
    5. Sedation -> Scalpel Scalpel -> Hemostat Hemostat -> Skin retractors Skin retractors -> (optional steps) -> Sutures Sutures
