Sample Collection

Description:

The process of obtaining biological samples for pathogen analysis.

For Bacterial Samples (Precedence):

1. Pus Sample: Use Sampler tool on Purulent drainage or Abscess.

1. Tissue Sample:
   • Apply Anesthetic.
   • Use Scalpel, Hemostat, and Skin retractors.
   • Use Sampler tool on the open incision.

1. Blood Sample: Use Sampler tool on any limb.

For Viral Samples:

1. Use Sampler tool with Viral transport medium on any limb.
